well I’m 6 gallons of distilled water into this and it still isn’t clear. Just bought 3 more gallons. If I weren’t worried about corrosion I’d run straight distilled.

Man still going? Crazy.
Yeah, when you open the petcock only about 3/4 of a gallon or so comes out, maybe a gallon.... So you have to fill and flush. Each time the coolant more diluted. Figure I have 2-3 more times then I should be done. It's really not that bad, I actually drive the truck in between the flushes if I need to. I don't have to wait that long in between because I have a 170 degree thermostat so the water never gets to boiling temp.

Adams Polish Graphene Ceramic coat. After 4 hours of compounding by hand. Applied Adams Graphene Spray Advanced. Did my wife’s car when it was brand new..MUCH easier! Compounding off 4 years of wax/contaminants was the hard part.
Highly recommend this product!

Nice! I actually just received a bottle to try out. Did you spray and wipe or did you spray a sponge and apply?

I spray onto applicator sponge and then wipe on. Instructions say wait 1-2 minutes for “rainbow” haze to appear then buff off. I live in south Alabama where the humidity is still outrageous, so I had to wait 6-8 minutes. Wait until it’s tacky enough to feel resistance on towel, but not actually dry.

Can’t you just pull the lower radiator hose?

Back in the day, I would just stick the garden hose in the radiator, run the vehicle and open the drain.
I'm with you. Thats all I did back in the day. The contaminants from the garden hose is gonna be minimal. Once you add in the distilled water, antifreeze and additive like water wetter (if thats your thing) its going to be cover you completely.

I'm following the official procedure man... :p Thought I would be done, but nope water is still a bit pink. Been through 8 gallons of distilled so far. I have one more gallon. I have 2 more flushes. It's no big deal really since you can drive the truck, let it cool, drain, fill etc.

This is the color after 7 gallons of distilled. Was like hot pink after first flush.
