If I buy a screen protector now, will it cover up those blemishes or am I hooped? HELLO??? lol
Not sure. It may tone them down a bit. Should've bought one years ago!!! LOL

On a side note, don't you love how the kids just get in and take over everything?? Can't wait to pay them back when they get their car. I'm going to be changing everything and make sure my fingers are good and greasy!! LOL

My 2 boys were 13 and 14 when I bought this truck, they both have their own vehicles now, the older one is meticulously clean with his, the younger one's truck isn't full of garbage but he never washes it, lol. I've had ocd with vehicles my whole life, I just didn't realize how cheap the screen was on the Raptor, they hold up without screen protectors in other vehicles.

Washed the outside today even though it’s raining a bit, our water leaves water spots but when it’s raining it doesn’t so, yeah I don’t have to dry it off. Another member said to try comet on the tires for brown sidewalls, so I did all 4 tires, will have to wait for a dry day to see if that worked or not. There was a lot of dirt so, maybe.

I drove twice this winter, both times because of helping neighbors out.
That's a total of 12 miles this winter, both air filters got destroyed,
gotta love this solution of brine and salt the DEP does to keep the environment save!!! LOL

First time I never rinsed off the truck when I got back home.
Today, I realize it's gonna be an hour on my back,
power washing everything under the truck, :bawl:

My wife hates when I do this in her kitchen sink. LOL
But nice hot soft water spray keeps the cotton from getting ruined.
This is the second filter today I've cleaned, should be good till summertime.

An hour later, all is clean, it's now drying time.

I’m going to the dealership to pick up my truck after throwing a dash light. It’s my first dough headed move over filling the bastard and drowning the sensor. At least the extended warranty covered the right rear window in op issue. Hard not to want to overfill a first year 6.2 lol
never happened on any of my previous F150’s but neither did the fuel door pin and spring thing either but here I yonder like many before …
still love my truck at almost 1000 miles !

Not quite sure what you're stating here?

But if it relates to fueling up, then ok.

First, there isn't any sensor at the auto spring flap.
Having said that....
The EVAP system sensor will tell PCM that there is an air leak somewhere,
that does prevent the tank from becoming negative pressure.
Whether from the fill flap or elsewhere. (Common cause is the auto fill flap)
Keep in mind that the Raptor has a closed non loop fuel system.

Note: It is a common issue when the auto fill flap fails.
Easy fix, is to clean the auto fill flap,
by spraying carburetor cleaner and using the plastic fill tube adapter supplied in the Raptor
and inserting it in and out several times.
You guys with dirty minds stop right here. LOL

From 12 years of being on the forum and owning a Gen 1: (doesn't really matter what gen, actually)
Always turn off the ignition before fueling!!!
I don't care how hot or cold it is outside.
NEVER PRESS THE GAS PUMP HANDLE ONCE IT CLICKED OFF!!!!!!!!!
All you will see is the fuel drop to the floor from the hole in the upper filler tube.

Right behind you but will power wash the entire truck underneath.
I had to drive this winter in the salt and brine twice in February,
first time in three years and only quickly hosed the undercarriage each time.
