Attached a 40inch curved Putco to the grille. Perfect solution for guys like me who has an extra radiator (supercharger) in front... except the bar's price tag.

Had to do a little bush fix... Pretty sure i didn't have it torqued, but it wouldn't have come off if i had replaced it with a new one without a worn out locking plastic. Anyways the lug nut got me 20 miles back to the dealership where the proper nuts were only $5. From now on, I'm replacing them every time they come off

Good to know. I already have it mounted, and 95% of my driving is on road, so I'm going to give it a shot. Its still day & night better built than the swing case it replaced.
After reading your post, I may make an angle bracket to bolt the top corner of the box to the bed side upright. The more flex I can take out of it, the better it should hold up (I think). Suppose time will tell.

Here is what I did:

Picked up a bed rack and put it to good use for a belated Christmas celebration

Well not exactly today but between last week and yesterday:

-the usual full synthetic/ ford racing filter oil change
-transmission flush
-replaced driver's door window regulator (cable snapped on old one)
-replaced passenger side view mirror (just the glass; I whacked the mirror against another truck pulling out from job site)
-warrantied tie rods and re-alignment from dealer
-sat down with the dealer finance manager to price an extended warranty to cover me for the next 6 years
-threw in some chevron fuel injector cleaner

My truck is going on 5 years old and it's amazing how many people still rubberneck checking it out, and the respect it gets when pulling into the dealer service bay. I swear I will never sell it

Finally installed a Curt Weight Distribution Hitch. No more riding on the bumpstops.
I used an Andersen WDH with my Raptor and was amazed by how well the hitch did. No popping sounds when going in reverse or hard turns, and anti-jounce built in. Worth a look if for some reason this setup doesn't end up meeting your expectations.

Over the last 5 days the temps in Middle Tennessee haven't been above freezing and in single digits over night. I got tired of freezing my **** off so I bought a remote start. I really wanted the OEM for ease of install, found one online for $150.00 but when I called 3 local dealers they wanted $100.00 to flash my computer. Looked a little more and found one made and sold buy pushmycart.com. $120.00 is what I paid for it. It took an hour for me to install. It's 4 connection clips all under the steering wheel. The hardest job was splicing into the OBD II port, 2 wires splice into the back side of it on #3 and #11. It says you can't use any type of connectors, so stripping an area to get into was a pain. The kit uses your factory key, you just press the lock button 3 time. My rear happy when I got in a warm truck this morning. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Addon-Remote-Start-For-Select-Ford-Lincoln-with-T-Harness-Uses-OEM-Remotes/361266731030?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649
