No I don't think it will be done by the time the sun engulfes the earth. That's way later.Besides, everybody knows my Raptor won't be finished before climate change ends the world. ;(

If I documented how long this project is taking on a build thread, the other kids would make fun of me or beat me up and steal my lunchbox.Do you have a build thread? I actually just went through doing shock buckets and did tons of suspension cycleing and measurements.
I am finally doing this, shock replacement. I need some help.
I want to replace the entire unit, spring and shock, this is what I’ve found so far but when I click on the link for the complete front kit I get a list and nothing in the list on the connecting page are what I need.
**What do I need to order to get the springs and shocks and everything else all in one?**
**Is there another company I should be looking at?**
As you can see, I waited a few days too late to use my discount code.
BTW, this is what I do when my dog wakes me up after I’ve slept my obligatory two hours.
As always, all help is greatly appreciated.
Whats the best way to remove the oem valves. I am going to do this on my next set.Are you re-using the oem coils? Are you going to have the Fox valves replaced with Schrader valves so you can get them charged anywhere?
I want to replace the coils with new ones. I’m sure I have read about changing the valves but I hadn’t given that a thought. Are you re-using the oem coils? Are you going to have the Fox valves replaced with Schrader valves so you can get them charged anywhere?
Thank you for this suggestion. I’ll bring it up to my mechanic.Might want to also swap out the UCA's too. They are NOT subject to "Raptor Tax" (and the balljoints aren't replacable).
Good, this is what I need to know, a place to get the rest of what I might need.Suspension Components for 2013 Ford F-150 | QuirkParts

Thanks! We have nitrogen i was just wondering how to get the old stuff outFactory isn't so much a valve as a little rubber pellet...removal is relatively easy, I used a needle from Schmidty and threaded on a ball valve, the nitrogen (if charged fully) is under 200-240psi so exercise caution heh, once discharged just dig it out with a pick or something. The charging is the fun part and the reason the Schrader valve is so much better than the stupid needle and pellet setup, for that you need nitrogen tank/regulator/hose/chuck or have a shop/buddy do it. Found a pic of the tools I built/used for the rebuild a few years ago, the needle & valve is in the center (I got schraders from Forged back then):DIY - Stock Raptor 2.5 Shock Rebuild.
Make sure to like and follow our crazy gang on the ROC Facebook: and Instagram This thread is for those who wish to rebuild their FOX 2.5 Stock Raptor shocks on their own. Usual disclaimers myself and the ROC team are not a company nor are we FOX certified techs. Rebuild DIY was a community...www.fordraptorforum.com
