Installed my new Stage 4 headlights today. Man, what a chore. Thanks to Roger @RSiWORKS for the help and guidance!

Original Wiring Harness - HOLY SHIT!!!

Fabricated pans to protect back of lights from getting a lot of water/mud on them

Installed all the ballasts and main wiring harness

Final result. Halos are just plain badass, and the light output of the projectors is off the hook!!!

I am so stealing this idea. What gauge metal did you use?

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what gauge it was. It was heavy enough that it was very difficult to cut with hand shears. I can take some measurements and send them to you if you'd like. It was tough to fold it into a shape so that it could be inserted into the space and then unfolded to fit against the fenders. Let me know if you'd like the measurements and maybe some better pictures.
