Did they say why?

Yes the truck is just past the factory warranty as of a couple of weeks ago and even though it was a CPO and I have the 100K mile warranty it doesn't cover this problem. I asked if my truck had 600 less miles would they have covered it then and his response was i'm not sure. I'm going to wait and see if Crystal can help before I release The Kraken on them.

Didn't know it was over in miles. What extended warranty do you have? I have the Ford ESP PremiumCare and wondering if I might run into this issue.

Yes it's the same one. They gave it to me free because it was a Certified Pre-Owned truck. I should have took the window assembly out and put it in my '14 since that only has 4100 miles lol.

Ok so here's the update. The service manager just called me and said Ford denied it so now I'm pretty pissed. @FordService hi Crystal can you please see if you're able to talk some sense into them please. Thanks.

And I'm thinking if it doesn't go my way I'm going to be a cry baby bitch and take 28 white Ford work trucks and park them in front of the dealership with signs in the back saying how much **** they smoke and what they did. It probably wont solve my issue but it will at least put a smile on my face. And then I'll go trade them all in for Chevy's. :ROFLJest::ROFLJest: Just kidding about that last part. Or am I?
