NH RAPTA.... well prepare for the long waiting....

when they told me it was arriving on 4/8 i was all excited... now it almost a month since they said that, and then Ford Customer Service confirmed it was still on the Dearborn, MI plant...

So dont get too excited until you received the call from the dealer that IT IS ON THE LOT...

Well... here i go again with my whining... hahahaha

Jezzz.... Truck stills nowhere to be found... last update was on friday 5/9 (if you can call it update...) about still being in Venice, CA or somewhere like that in a Rail Yard with "3000 trucks" that are being processed... so close but so far... I have been buying stuff for the Raptor but i hold it until i have it here... i already bought a Truck Cover to protect it... some economic car wash stuff to wash it (sorry... i bought it before reading about the Adams package), but i will buy the Adams kit pretty soon, also Tail gate lock, spare tire lock, etc once the truck is here... so there is positive things on all of this... i am saving pretty decent money for all my upgrades planned (lightning bars, etc) for the truck...

oh well... just keep dreaming of it...

it is one recommended in one of the forums here... i will look for my bookmark... I heard and read that it is easy to take the spare tire-rim... i ordered the Beadlock capable rims so i dont want to loose it....

Good thinking, something that I didn't think about but now that you mention it, I have the same concern. I never really had a spare without stealing but definitely don't want to look the bead lock wheel.

Finally... the waiting paid off... so far!

My dealer rep called me to tell me he physically saw my Raptor on the car carrier... they are preparing it and on sunday I will pick it up... hopefully!!!!

At last!!!! The Raptor is in my hands!!! I will work on loading some pictures pretty soon for the community!!! I have so many tips from this Forum...

Picked up on Saturday... It had 19 miles on it... Exciting time including passing thru the gas station... Hahahahahjaa
