Which Pelican do you have?

It's one of the cube cases. The 350 or 370. It holds EVERYTHING with room to spare, but takes up a lot of room.

Yes, they could be a little bigger. I think they just make one size case for all the different trucks and just the mounting brackets are truck specific. They seem to be sized for a compact truck. I have seen pics of them on 8 foot beds and it looks ridiculous.

Been thinking about going this route. I have the cases ready to install but keep thinking a box would be better suited to what I carry. One that fits in the space when rear the double seat is folded up for when I need more room in the bed.

As promised and it's a Pelican 340

Normal day to day

Connections, weather stripping, blah blah blah

Wire strippers, soldering iron, fuses, clamps, more random stuff

Complete set of spare winter clothes, 3qts oil, 2qts trans fluid, wool blanket, 30' strap, 12k# locking carabiners, ARB tire kit, bolt cutters, jumper cables, tool kits, random tools, tarp, 550 cord, bungees, tie downs

Behind the reAr seat is a set of coveralls, steel tow boots, goretex jacket and pants, and all my light covers.

Also leather man, flashlights, first aid kit, jerky and granola bars, and 9 liters of wAter stashed throughout the cab.

I've been trying to figure out a way to store items behind the rear seat, how did you get that stuff back there?

Lift the rear bottom seat up all the way, feel around for a small metal pin about three inches below the rear shoulder, pull up. It's only like a 1/4" so it might take awhile.

Then drill a hole and run some cord for next time.
