Mounted the new fire extinguisher on the lid of the Swing Case. The weight of it actually keeps the lid open.

I'm assuming with these installed you can not use the bed extender. If you pop them off, can the bed extender be used?

The bed extender would not work, even with the cases removed. The hinge bracket that bolts to the bed covers up two of the extender mounting holes. It might be possible to drill out the Swing Case bracket to expose these mounting holes but the hinge pins would still be in the way. Now, I suppose it might be possible to use spacers and longer bolts on the extender to clear the hinge pins, but cannot confirm it would work.

H3R Performance HalGuard Premium Clean Agent Auto Fire Extinguisher, Model HG250B. They are a little pricy but worth it in an emergency. Watch the videos on Youtube. I once emptied two 5lb dry chemical extinguishers on an engine fire and it did nothing but slow the fire down for a few seconds. Contact Chris at Freedom Motorsports for the best deal.

I was looking into something like this but since I have the bed extender, I don't think I can make this work....any other bed storage options aside from a tool box?

I know I asked already, but would you mind taking a picture of what you have loaded? I have a loaded pelican that takes up too much room.
