My e-locker disengages above 35mph... but I don't have a GEN2 Raptor.
Anyone can spin the tire(s) at 70mph... depends on the conditions. If it is cold enough out and there is snow/salt on the road, I can spin a tire. In dry conditions with a 450hp Raptor, you're not spinning a tire at 70. I like his videos, but he has no idea what he's talking about. I think he admits it in the videos... He has 2 piggybacks and an exhaust flange... he claims 600hp and spinning the tires at 70mph, boost gauge exceeds 20psi... none of these things are true.

It does feel a little hoppy to me

Well, the Gen 1 was way more than just a little hoppy. I had to get a set of Rogue Racing traction bars to fix it (has been absolutely solid ever since).

Kind of wanted to just 4 link it instead but it was $3,500 vs $35,000 so for now this will do.
