Pictures or it didn't happen! Need proof you got stuck with a Caravan!

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Reversed situation here: Troubled '11 Raptor spent nearly 30 of its first days in the service bay. '17 has been flawless. Hang in there, pain will be over when you get her back. Hope your '17 turns out to be as trouble free as my +200,000 mile '11 has after that initial fault.

Oh it really happened[/ATTACH]
I joke the shifter on the dash is to put it in Baja mode.

At least when I recently took my 2010 in to the dealer they gave me this. Which was better than a Caravan. At least you are safe. I have the benefit of hind sight now but after trashing my Raptor in a water borne accident I know what it is like to be without your truck for a long time. Our claim just finished and the accident was in 2015 I believe. Hang in there.

Well they have had the truck since Saturday afternoon. Didn't get to it on Monday so really started working on it yesterday. They filled the transmission fluid back up which was about a quart low and power washed the bottom of the truck so they could see if any leaks were new. Unfortunately there were not codes thrown from any of the transmission sensors. Yesterday they said it worked perfectly. Today's plan was they were going to take it on a 50 mile drive to see if anything happened. On the third person they had drive it it puked transmission fluid out the overflow just like last time. This time it threw a code so hopefully that helps. Really frustrating and I honestly don't like all these people putting miles on my truck but don't really have a choice.

Just heard from the service technician. They removed the pan and found metal shavings. They are ordering a new transmission today once ford approves it. He thought he could get one fairly quickly but we will see what fairly quickly really means. At least now I won't have to worry all the time it will do it again.
