I recently installed the Klienn VelociRaptor with a 3 gal air tank. Its not just a train horn its a really well designed onboard air system as well.
I then plumbed the quick disconnect inside the rear cab for easy access for airing up and down.
I can even run a 1/2 air gun long enough to take a wheel off. By the time I am ready to remount, The tank is charged up.
Oh and the loud as hell train horn is awesome when hauling ass off road as it actually does function as a safety warning device.
Check with RSiWorks (supporting vendor) as I participated in a group buy and got a smoking deal.

Is there anything decent for less than $400?

Hornblasters has some kits for around that. I know the 540 kit retails for $629 and they have a smaller kit for $400 retail. If you want me to check on pricing, shoot me a pm with what you're looking for and we'll get you taken care of.

@Dirt Bag @Trevor*

Trevor, it looks like to mount the horns you had to get rid of the skid plate or was that just before putting it back on? What about that plastic flap type thing above it?

Dirt Bag, where did you mount yours. I underestimated the size of these things.

I can't speak for the Nathan horns, but the 240 horns are pretty big.... The Nathan's surely are bigger. The 240's do fit perfectly on the skid plate and still allows ability to access the oil filter easily.

The Velociraptor set up from Kleinn comes on this sweet bracket that fits under the truck at the front of the bed.
You need to remove your spare tire if its in the factory location and mount the bracket between the frame.

That's badass!

Yeah, Its a little pricey without a good group buy discount, and even with it still more than I was planning to spend.
BUT once I started to install it I was super impressed with the solutions they had for the compressor & tank mount as well as the horns.
Saved me a ton of headaches and time from fab'ing brackets on a weekend.

Hmmm this sucks because my Leslie horns look like they could swallow those two horn setups posted. These may just be too big to mount.
