Just got the call from the dealer , they said the Ford hotline told them the front Torsen axle falling of the truck while in 4x4 mode is 100% normal and no repairs are needed to my truck at this time . Unbelievable BS !!!

There's another active thread on here (lemon law) for the same issue where the guy is getting the runaround. You should team up.

Idk if this helps, but I had the clunking on my 11 and I found from here that if you switch to neutral then shift to 4x4 then wait 5 seconds then go back into drive. It worked for me and stopped my clunking the 5 times that I've used 4x4 since reading that.

2014 Torsen Problems fixed?

I know some members here were having issues with front diff, torsen, iwe on thier 2012 and 2013 models. Anyone have any info on any upgrades or changes Ford has for 2014. ANyone with 4x4 problems with 2014's yet?

Any problems with the Torsen diffs would be a supplier issue and it would be them that would be the ones fixing them, not Ford
