Torsen front axle problems ! anyone else ???

Gotta be a fix , right ?

My 2012 was plagued with front end problems, numerous IWE's, 1 completely rebuilt front differential and housing (by the dealer) followed immediately by ford sending them a complete assembled front differential assembly. Part number wasn't even listed, it appeared on my invoice as a rear diff assembly. I've been hesitant to even try the 4wd on my 2014, I don't want to be punished by being without my truck for 60 days like my old one.

So did Ford fix your 2012 ? and if so , what was the fix ? My 2012 is still at the dealer after 2 weeks so far .

I never used the 4wd after the last repair so I couldn't tell you if it was definitely fixed.

Dude I don't know what you expect to get for an answer but it seems to me if you read these threads you would have your answer. Ford contacts, what has been done, video examples, and how to get things resolved if your dealer doesn't. Read man

thank you crystal, i am not represented by council essentially they contacted ford for me since i could not get any answers, i am no longer in contact with any council, would you be able to help since i never officially was represented and am no longer in contact? or is it as you said since i contacted council you cannot help ?
