Everyone's going to have widely different opinions on this. My order of modifications:

1) Tonneau cover - I went with a Truxedo Sentry CT because it was mix of hard and soft covers and layed flat
2) DuHa under seat storage container
3) Stubby antenna
4) Mud Flaps - RokBlokz
5) Plastidipped factory wheels bronze
6) Baja Designs Fog Light kit
Next up in my list to do:
7) Tint
8) B Pillar vinyl wrap matte black
9) Some kind of phone mount solution - still need to research
10) Well see ?? - Maybe intake for sound or deavers or rear swaybar for handling

Overall my top 10 is a mix of useful and cosmetic items. I like to drive new cars for a while before I start doing performance modifications.

FORSCAN -- will let you do a bunch of neat stuff; temp readings over gauges, minor tweaks to the 8” display, auto-fold mirrors, etc.

Tunes. Raptor and F150 stereo in general sucks. Huge. the sound is muddy and imprecise. on the ’15-’17 Sony it was a little easier and cheaper to mod, b&o is much pricier to upgrade. That said, about ... what? $2k give or take should get you a much more accurate and precise sound, loud enough that you can make out low volume rhythm or choral sections with the windows down at highway speed.

Fog light kits for the bumper cut outs. Lots of options here and lots of supporting vendors to help out.

Traction bars or torque arm ( group buy for the torque arm ends today, see link below.)
The Rap suffers from huge wheel hop / axle twist.

Tune or pedal commander if you don’t want to risk the warranty. pedal commander just ups the throttle signal to make the truck think you’re feeding more throttle. Makes the acceleration vs. throttle input a bit more linear.

Off road gear. if you think you have enough, you don’t.
Is there a thread going for the B&O system? I’ve tried google and searching through here with no luck!

Maybe a link for “How to forscan” as well?? Since you seem to have all knowledge Raptor!

Here is the FRF Forscan thread. Pretty much everything you need to know. Too long, but if you go to the Forscan site and download the tutorial, it’s actually pretty easy and works very well. I had only about 30 mins invested in it before I was coding my truck.

https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/forscan-changes-tweak-your-truck.52149/

To code, you will need to buy a license (best $10 you will ever spend on the truck), download the software, activate it with your license key, and get a USB/ELM27 adaptor, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01F0GVBWY/?tag=fordraptorforum-20

Lots of info on here. Browse through the Gen2 Audio/Video/Electronics section.
The link for the Forscan and reader are a huge help, I really appreciate it!

I had read through the first 20 pages of the $500 build thread for the 17-18 and was hoping to find something that comprehensive for the B&O
