The deal has officially been reversed. The GEN 3 is back in my possession, despite how this all turned out I can do nothing but give praise to this dealer for making things right, that’s a hard trait to find in this day and age. For anyone wanting to know, here is the VIN number on that truck.

A little unforeseen update, the check that was sent in to the loan company for the Gen 3 had a stop placed on it by the dealer so that it wouldn’t go through and thus my current loan would have stayed intact. Well I wake up this morning to the loan showing it was paid off. They confirmed and said the title was already being processed and transferred to the dealer. So now they basically own the truck. There is a whole process to maybe reverse it but it is a complete shit show. Either that or I technically have to purchase the Gen 3 now from them, likely at a higher interest rate….the nightmare is not over yet.
