I was just like you a few months ago. I ordered mine in April. I got the special edition for the seats but the rims are a little different too which I do like. I'm not sure if it's actually worth the $2200 the SE package costs but I think down the road when the Raptor is completely discontinued ( like the Lightning) you'll be glad you have an SE Raptor.

I ordered 801A, moonroof, front camera, tailgate step, and bed extender. I'm happy with everything and use it all.

Special Edition is worth it only if you like the red/black interior, black/graphite beadlocks, and the different graphics. It's only available on Ruby Red and Tuxedo Black. If I had been able to order it in 2013, I would have.

I ordered every option available except graphics (personal choice), moon roof ( leaking issues in the past), and the step tail gate (worthless to me). The Ford touch screen seems good on the 2014 and the new bead lock rims look fantastic!

My only advice would be to do a good inspection before you take delivery, mine had many little issues that should be documented within the first ten days.

* The only option I would not recommend getting would be the factory spray in bed liner, pathetic quality and terrible application!

Also, is the special edition package worth getting?

I bought the Special Edition. Mine's Ruby Red, so the red & black seat just makes everything complete. As far as options go, I went with 801A and that's it. The front camera is worthless to me. I'm not a fan of the moonroof / sunroof because of potential leaks down the road and also, I live in an area where hail is common. Since they are tempered glass and not safety glass, all it would take is one lucky shot and bang...your moonroof is all over the interior. The tailgate lift and bed extender serves no purpose to me, so that was off the list too. I plan on getting the bed Line-X'd by a professional, not by a kid who was rotating tires, an hour before he got to my truck. And finally, I plan on picking out a tonneau cover myself just to see the different options that are available.
To answer your question, yes...to me it was worth getting the Special Edition. I like the rims better because they are waaay easier to clean. Also, I like the look better than the other rims offered. The seats are cooler, in my opinion. The graphics on the side of the bed look awesome compared to the standard Raptor bed graphics.
In the end, it boils down to personal preference. Face it, you're going to spend some serious cash, so get what you want.

I second what MobileBeats said. Cooled seats are probably the best thing ever invented

Wife is in love with the a/c seats! And as has been said get everything you can if you order it. Graphics, on Tux, and bed storage thingy I didn't care for.

Also, bed extenders are a good thing to have. It's one of those things that when you don't have it you really wish you did, lol.

Since the 2013 and 2014 Raptors are really the same truck, you may want to consider that the price for the 2014 is almost $2000 more for the same vehicle...

I have the SE in Ruby Red and I ordered it with every single factory option, figured why the hell not.

If I had to do it again, would of ordered the exact same thing but would have omitted the Spray-in and tonneau cover.
