Sort of reminds me of something else I mentioned ages ago and this mind numbing and never ending thread, which is the old 90s marketing scheme known as "horsepower per liter". An essentially useless measurement whose only true purpose was making fan boys feel better about their 15 & 16 second economy cars. Some of whom I think may actually be posting in this thread.

Cant knock Ford's marketing department for being extremely successful in coining a new term that confuses people who know nothing about cars (which is most of America).

I was specifically told that the Raptor was designed to go balls to the wall baja style offroad and if you wanted to crawl over rough obstacles (like in the recent Ford video of them testing) you shouldnt have a Raptor instead you should stick to Jeeps.

Just a guess here, whoever told you that was (1) not a Ford Raptor factory employee and (2) was on a forum

I know the conflict here is over...at least for a few minutes.

Word is he used to drive a Jeep but doesn't anymore so his openminded approach to Gen2 is bound to influence some V6TT haters.
