Well see im tired of this lol. Tomorrow service on it anyways and my drivers sode pin pad isnt working anymore. If they deny my warranty claim. Ill buy 2 wheel hubs and 2 iwes and ball joints that i need to replace from the u.s and go to the border to pick en up. Guess im gonna have to cripple it for the next 1000 km

lmao its not the big ass tires had the same problem on 35's... 0 offset... now -6 doesnt really make a difference.
I am gonna push safety issue tomorrow to ford lol........ this is like the 4th time ill be coming in saying my shit is broke but this time i survived snoball 500 and another 4k km after snoball... and only when i drove to a little town close by i noticed the broken IWE wire... and i did check 2 days before and everything was fine and dandy down there.
Im gonna show them how IWE should work via the videos and find a good video of a raptor on the forum or something that has a gopro mounted to see the cv's and that they SHOULD not spin in 2WD..... hopefully i can get it threw their dumb heads and just let them fix it with warranty and i will never bother them again jesus....

also which hub is for a ford raptor? 6 stud or 7? i found them at a REALLY good price here in canada on ebay.

You can "patch" the plastic lines if you're in a bind or whatever. Get some small vacuum or washer fluid hose and slide a piece over both broken ends. The system will continue to work until a replacement hose is found.

I don't see ford going to a manual system ever. The mass population wants automatic everything possible and when you're a business, you try and please the masses. I don't blame Ford at this point. Maybe I'm in the minority but I really don't have problems with the iwe system. Does it have some flaws? Sure, but in the grand scheme of things it works fine for what I need it for. But I also realize it has its limits. The IFS design in general has strength limits, that's why very few, if any serious rock crawler or mud bogger builder uses them. Straight axle is where the strength is but its no where near as responsive as IFS when speed is concerned, which is what the Raptors uniqueness is focused on. Its a give and take situation.. And if you think Ford has the only weak IFS half ton system out there, think again. I've replace/seen them all after catastrophic failure due to too much skinny pedal.

Ball joints are typically covered and 6 lug

thanks for the imput by my issue is that since day 1 my fricken cv shafts spin in 2wd.. and i kept researching and researching and found out that the 2012+ torsen spins all the time and 10's 11's dont... but then i researched some more and found out that my problem is actually a problem... i have replaced 3 wheel hubs now, 2 iwe actuators, 4 cv shafts... and the damn thing still doesnt release the hubs......
thats why im going to try to push for warranty tomorrow, after i get done preasure washing all my snoball stickers off :(
if its a problem with my truck its caused me a shitton of effort to fix it and in the end it might be a problem with my truck not releasing the hubs.... HOPEFULLY ford please fix it.... last time i will question to use my warranty... as soon as i get enough $$ in the account...... rcv's..... new axle.... new diff............. and if my stuff still breaks after that well guys ill be selling my raptor for a diesel with solid axles.

thanks!... both of my lower control arm ball joints went loose... making it impossible to get a alignment done.

did I miss where it says in the owners manual to not use 4x4 on dry dirt?
I actually like the fact it don't turn the shaft while in 2 wheel. however I don't see why they don't make it the gear part more robust. what did you think of my stub shaft idea with the ball bearings on the end.
