Yep... Just talked to corey... They changed the pinion bearings in the rear.. His suggestion was getting a donor 2010 axle casing and using all the 2012 components (axles, spider gears, eld) and use 2010 ring, pinion and bearings.. Problem solved..

Got my guy looking into stuff for the rear for you guys! We were talking last night when I was picking up my truck about the rear ends of the 2011+ models and how they changed the sizes. He knows about it and is going to get back with me. There was talk about an adapter bearing which is sized inside and outside based on what its going into. Anyways hoping to help you 2011+ guys out because I can tell you right now these freaking gears rock!

I went to 3 dealers today. The 3rd one took the truck no questions asked. I told them about everything everyone was friendly, i told them all i know about the iwe system and when i was showin the head tech there my iwe line , a part of it snapped off the damn wire and the guy was holy **** those are frail. He looked up my past historybwith ford and i told him i want everything fixed by warranty because its not fair that i have to change cv axles every damn month because of premature wear and tear due to the iwe.... He said hell get back to me by end of today with a warranty claim or and a estimate for the job, i told him to take that estimate up fords asses and they have to fix my problem with the warranty because there is deff somethig wrong if i came back 4 different times to different dealers with the same problem and they always rejected my warranty claim. I told thenguy that if ford warranty wants to call me then call me and ill speak to them myself.
They are also fixing my ball joints and pin pad on the drivers door as well as a 50k km service oil change filter change.

Hopefully ill get some good news cause this is..... Well frustrating....

I can still drive 2wd 4wd 4 lo np, but its just the cv axles going bad because they are always always spinning.

Good hopefully you found a dealer that will look after you and fix your problem this time.

got a call from ford. its 295 for parts and labour on the iwe actuator and wiring harness..
the ball joints are covered by warranty and after they put in the new actuator and wiring harness they will test if both cv's still spin in 2wd... if they still continue to spin... the service guy said that ford will cover any fixes beyond that and will also replace my torn 1 month old cv shaft due to damages due to the vacumm system weakning the cv's....

so far 295$ in... hopefully not much more.

Well lets just say i did alot of research this morning and found a canadian agency who does disputes with people whom bought new cars and fixed the same issue 3 times or more with their own cash... Camvap if you wanna google it jarrett. I was gonna threaten the dealer with them but this dealer was really understanding and overall way better than any ford in the toronto area. This one was 85 km away.

Question for you guys. I can hear some slight grinding/contact/spinning from up front. Sounds like cvs spinning but not catching, when im in 2wd steering wheel cranked slow speed and my rear tires are spinning for traction. Is this normal on my '12 or?

So replaced the line that was torn and the actuator and the ball joints....
so the right side IWE is FINE
LEFT SIDE........... well.....
when i installed my king 3.0 the top part of the shock, the blue circle with king written on it that goes ontop of the frame mount...... I PINCHED THE ******* IWE Vacuumm line with it, so no wonder it hasnt been working................................................................................

******* ******* *******.... so i only have to pay for the vacumm line on the left side and will have to take apart my cv axle later on and put a new boot cause mine is torn...

other than that actuators, solenoids, wheel hubs, everything is fine......
