so i'm thinking about doing this install myself. i was looking into some rhino gear rhino ramps to go along with using some jackstands to do the install. seems like a pain but i wouldn't mind taking a crack at it...worse that can happen is i end up paying someone to get it done.

for the guys who have done the install themselves, how high did you have to jack up the truck. i ask b/c i recently changed my wheels / tires out and getting it up only a few inches with a 3 ton floor jack was a challenge to say the least. figured the ramps would get me a decent amount of height to work with. any thoughts or suggestions? my driveway isn't ideal since it's at a slight incline (not sure if ramps plus chocks would work well). but the garage seems to be the best bet even though it is a little cramped.

no because you access through the fender well for some of the header bolts

damn...yea, i saw that they appeared relatively easy to access through the fender well but didn't see it explicitly mentioned in the SW instructions...unless i completely missed that part...
