Dealer took my truck in yesterday to diagnose after they observed the shudder. Will post updates later.

You will have to drill the 1/16" weep hole in the intercooler to keep this problem from happening again. If not, you will fight this while you own the truck.

I'll ditch it doesn't matter much to me one way or the other. Honestly I'm to that point already[emoji15]

Hopefully you didn't get rid of a gen 1 Raptor for this one. Used gen 1 Raptors are skyrocketing in value right now.

My Gen 1 has been gone. Should have just left it alone with that one I guess. Oh well we will see I'll ask the Ford Engineer about the weep-hole I drilled see what he says.


Hopefully you didn't get rid of a gen 1 Raptor for this one. Used gen 1 Raptors are skyrocketing in value right now.

Yep, drill the 1/16" weep hole, go out for a drive and run the engine through its paces. I will bet your problem is solved.

Day 3 that they have my truck, was supposed to be back by end of day but they just extended the plates on my loaner car until end of next week..

I think if they have it for longer than 2 weeks I'll be bitching to FoMoco about my first month payment being covered by them.
