The 1/16" weep hole in the intercooler will fix this problem. You have condensate buildup during the drive cycle and it is blowing out spark. The weep hole clears out the intercooler during operation.

Drilled a 3/4 hole

1 - shift into neutral while at a prolonged stop - I bet your RPM goes up - hopefully enough to not feel the shudder.
2 - once a tuner is developed purchase and increase your Idle RPM while in drive to the same or maybe 25-50 RPM over the RPM setting in neutral.
Possibly - See if the dealer can increase the Idle RPM while in Drive.

I've owned a number of Ecoboosts. All F150's Eco's I've owned shudder a bit at prolonged stops while in drive with and without the AC on. It's just a bit more noticeable when the AC is on. Frustrating, but I fixed it in my 12' by doing step 2. The other's were the wife's and she didn't want the tuner, but her's did it too. I noticed that Idle RPM while in drive was lower than Idle RPM while in Neutral. Doesn't make sense why it would be set like that....

I'll get rid of the truck before I do this. It's complete ********, a $75k truck should be running perfect.

I have a put a tuner on it with RPMS ran up to 675 and still have the same problem the truck only smooths out at 700-725 RPMS.

Ford needs to fix the junk ecoboost or drop a V8 back in the Raptor. This is my second ecoboost motor and my last as far as I'm concerned

If you drill the 1/16" weep hole in the intercooler, I guarantee that your issue goes away. This is a necessity for the 3.5 ecoboost.
