Just picked truck up. Going to pull plug and replace plugs. Get 5 star update tune to 725 RPMS on all tunes, install all aftermarket stuff and go from there

I would say the easiest thing to do would be to drill that damn weep hole and see what happens. If it doesn't fix it then it's too easy to patch it back up and try something else.

Sorry to hear what is happening man, I can't believe they are going to go this route and screw you over. Again how can they prove the tune killed the ECU?

Right - that is one of the poor designed intercoolers with the low driver side pickup. The factory ford design is copied to these aftermarket intercoolers. The weep hole is necessary on any intercooler used in the 3.5 ecoboost.
