Sorry to hear what is happening man, I can't believe they are going to go this route and screw you over. Again how can they prove the tune killed the ECU?

I'm confused, I thought he just put the aftermarket IC back on

Dino, did you drill the factory IC yet? Or did you drill the aftermarket one? Or neither?

Aftermarket intercooler back on! No stock on plugs coming Monday with updated tunes from 5 Star. No damage to ECU as the strategy is still the same as before. I'll drill hole Tuesday

So you'll drill the hole on the lower pipe of the intercooler I guess. Same as factory. Sounds like a plan.

You will want to drill in the lowermost, driver side corner where the condensate pools.



Question so if there's no condensation whats the hole going to do for me?

Your intercooler will produce condensate while driving around. The hole allows that to evacuate outside before being forced through the spark plugs. Drill the hole and then drive the truck hard for a few miles.
