Your intercooler will produce condensate while driving around. The hole allows that to evacuate outside before being forced through the spark plugs. Drill the hole and then drive the truck hard for a few miles.

Post the video up for instructions.

So correct me if I'm wrong here if I was have a mechanical issue for sure they would be MIL light because of all the sensors right?

I really think its a programming issue since the computer is trying to compensate. I noticed that when I installed my tunes from 5 Star the truck gets worst. The idle is so erratic that the truck almost kills.

Only other thing I can think is that I have a fuel tank full of water......

If it was mechanical they certainly could not void your warranty. Your issue does sound tune or ECM related. Have you talked to 5 star.

Truck did it before any aftermarket parts were installed? Possible to have a bad ECU from the factory?

Haven't talked to 5 Star other than to update tunes with new parameters

People on other forums said the shutters were the fix but if it continued drill the hole. Lots of people say it works I dunno man. If it fixes it so be it but you have an aftermarket IC so worst case you have a backup option.

The condensate misfire event won't produce a CEL or code until it gets so bad for so long. Just address it now with the weep hole and be done.

It doesn't matter... they both make condensate and are of the same design. Both need the weep hole to safely function.
