Picked it up today. Looks like they replaced part # BL3Z-7E395-C
Works better now. No idea how it broke, I never take it off the pavement.....

It broke during re-assembly. That's a total crock of shit that they made you pay anything for it. And is "waller out" a Ford technical term? Maybe in Missouri.......
