Buyer Beware

Called right after this was posted and spoke with a salesman.

They wouldnt give me the vin (couldnt find it) or had any idea of the options on the truck( supposed to be delivered in 1-12 days). I told them I was a buyer at MSRP. They assured me the truck was mine and would call this morning to get the details worked out.

Said they would call at 8:30 sharp to get details. Have not heard from them.

seems like classic bait and switch

I will update this post if something changes.

And OP said it was "on the ground"....definitely fishy

You know what..I was simply trying to pass on info that might help someone find a truck..I had nothing to gain, only trying to help..

Salesman called and said it had shown up early..since I'd already bought, I didn't bother to drive up and see if he was lying..

I just followed up with Landers..I called my salesperson, Jonathan James, and asked him if the Alvalance was still there...he was confessed...I explained that he had called and told me the Avalance was there..he explained that he had not called me and was pissed that someone had..I don't know what else to say about that..don't believe me, I don't give a rats ass..

The facts are - the Avalanche is currently in transit...the Lightning blue will there sometimes in June..they are both still available to be bought AT MSRP..give Jonathan James at call at Landers..501-517-5890 or 866-522-0207..

Now, if your still smelling something fishy, it's probably your old lady's ****..
