Lately, I have been having to push the sequence on the key twice to get the remote start to work. Seems like this started happening after MFT update.

probably not. i have had the same issue. i need to find timeto re install my viper alarm. its driving me nuts

could be since I have had that issue lately also. I'm on the stock system.

I've gotten to the point with mine where I just push the remote start button once a second until the truck starts. Sometimes it takes 3-4 pushes. When the batteries start getting low it loses some signals.

My biggest problem with it is that if the remote start times out (after 15 mine) or if I remote turn off, it turns off the climate control on the next startup. Not a huge deal just annoying.

My 13' is intermittent too - annoying indeed.

I almost exclusively start my 13 with auto start(long driveway) and I've had it since end of June. Starting to get iffy. I just hit the lock once then keep hitting the auto start once a second until it finally starts. Annoying but oh well. Time to start using my second set of keys. Fresh battery!!!
