Remote Start and Auto Climate Settings

Hmm.. obvious question but - you're giving enough time to ensure they're not heating?
To be clear, when I remote start, all the indicators are off but they are warming the wheel and the seat. Then when I press the start button the dash turns on and all the indicators show on as well.

Someone mentioned switch position for seat and steering wheel heat when turning truck off... This is not the case for 402a trucks. They look at ambient temperature and if in auto mode will turn on the wheel and seat heat (or cooling seats dependent on temp) regardless of having the heat on/off when truck turned off.

100%. My seats are ice cold and my steering wheel is toasty warm until I get in and hit the start button.

100%. My seats are ice cold and my steering wheel is toasty warm until I get in and hit the start button.

My 2019 802a works perfectly, seats and wheel heat when remote started. What issues are you seeing? thanks

I never did. My 2018 steering wheel heat works when remote started but seat heat does not until I get in and press start button.

In all settings whether it be auto or last setting when remote start is used no heated seats or AC/Heat comes on..have to push start for them to work. So basically starting the truck remotely has no function in terms of heating the cab or seats.
