Hey Guys,

My truck is a 37PP with the updated SVC 1.5" collars. I have a recurring suspension squeak coming from the front end. My truck has been at Ford twice now to resolve the issue and it continues to come back. Both times the techs have replaced & retorqued LT & RT strut’s top hardware. Here's a snippet of the hardware replaced.

Not sure if anyone has this issue or had this issue and knows of a fix. Its getting annoying to drive because it squeaks like a old POS.

Thoughts?

You’re lucky my dealer would’ve looked at the aftermarket part and walked away. I would remove collar as well.
I will if I have to. I shouldn't have to though. Many other guys are running Foutz, RPG & SVC collars without a hiccup.

I have a 21 37 package and my right front squeaks all the time. I’ve tracked it down to either the shock or spring itself. Torqued everything down and the noise is still there. Haven’t had time to go to the dealership to have it looked at and let warranty deal with it.

Update: located the squeak to the dust seals on the two front shocks. Baja HQ lubed the dust seals and everything was quiet again. At least for 24 hrs. Squeak is slowly coming back. New shocks have been order by my dealer.

My front right is squeaking a lot now. I have 1.5" RPG collars. I recently moved and I have to drive about 2 miles down a gravel road to my house. Probably not a coincidence that it started squeaking after driving the gravel road every day.
