Wow.. I feel for ya man. I remember that time and how the insurance companies screw you.

My insurance went up a grand total of 90 bucks for the Raptor. I'd say just keep searching, there are companies out there that will insure you for the right price, you just have to search them out.

My $486 raptor payment is a pleasure to pay after years of paying $200+ a month to insure crappy cars that weren't even worth $3000

I'm 27 with one ticket on my record and I pay $129 a month for full coverage on the Raptor and the Lexus GX470 combined through Geico.

I have a multiple policy though with a motorcycle and dirt bike for another $65 a month full coverage. Geico can't be beat on bikes and they have always been stellar to me.

I use Esurance, which seems to have fair prices and from what I've heard from others fairly decent claims service as well. Paying just under $100/month for full coverage on Raptor with LOW deductible ($250 Comp/$500 Collision) which is one way they also will screw you! Give you a fair price, but only with a $1000 deductible which is ridiculous, especially for comprehensive claims!

This brand new $50,000 truck was $4/month CHEAPER to insure than my $35,000 3-year old STI was... so it's not terrible considering what the truck is designed for!
