Raptor 37 Orders Anyone ?

As in you put in the order and they called and cancelled? Did you put in a deposit?

I did, $1k deposit, I even got the VOC and confirmed with Ford Performance that Ford received the Order. Then this past Friday got a call that they had to cancel the order because they didn't actually have an allocation for a 37" tire truck.

No deposit, I was told I could get my build done. But when it came time to actually put the order in one said I could only get a 35, the other said I would need to wait until 2022.

Guys, let me tell you about my experience so far. It has been pretty crazy, but i expect i am not alone. So I had a dealership telling me MSRP on my 37" tire package the whole time, when it came down to ordering they changed their mind. So i told them to kick rocks. Found another local dealer to give me MSRP for the 37" tire package. Got my Order in, even confirmed with Ford Performance. Got a call Friday afternoon telling me that their Ford Zone Rep told them to cancel the Order as they did not have an allocation for a 37" package. I was told i could have anything i wanted just not the 37" package, still at MSRP. I had them put the order in for the same truck without the 37" tire package as i try to find someone that still has an allocation at MSRP. I may have found one but can't confirm yet.

The struggle is real.

Highly doubt anyone is getting a 37 pkg at MSRP, these will more than likely go to "special" clients, GM's, and Owners

Not entirely true. I think they will be hard to find but are possible to get.

I'm not saying that you are not, but mine was confirmed by Ford Performance as well. If you didn't have a specific conversation about if they had a 37" tire package allocation you could be out of luck like I was.

Here's an update my dealer shared when I asked 2 things regarding my order:
1. Ford confirmation of build acceptance and 37" pkg build details
2. Bump in priority

Dealer response:
"Ford will send us notification of the truck being submitted to plant and then we will know that everything was accepted as it should be. I don’t have an exact time when that will take place with this whole chip situation but as soon as we know, I’ll reach out to you.

All of our orders are submitted priority 15 to insure that no customers are being jumped or skipped in line. As your truck moves through the process and prior orders are filled, yours will move up in priority."

OK on number 1, number 2 makes no sense. By his logic all of the other dealers in the country that are putting their customers in at priority 10 are jumping you in line. Everyone puts 10, the orders are filled as received and parts available.
