Raptor 2024.5 (Mid-Cycle Update) Questions

Hi there, I'm taking delivery of my RR this week and my official built date is 05/22/2024 according to the VIN. I don't actually have the truck in hand yet so I'm wondering if anyone else has a May build date and they can tell if you have the 2024.5 updates (i.e. trombone exhaust etc).

To my knowledge the trombone exhaust is the only upgrade for the 2024.5, are there any others? I actually have another RR on reserve getting built in October so I'm wondering if the changes are big enough to forgo buying this truck this week and just waiting for the Oct build date.

Considering people aleardy have 24 Rs with the revisions i would assume that yours will have the changes.

it was right about that time for sure. Mine was a mid June build and had the trombone exhaust but I am not sure exactly when the changes went into effect.

In my opinion, you dont need the trombone…but thats just me.

I bought mine in June and i have the updates to the exhaust

Trombone is a downgrade - was done to save money on production and share parts with the v6.
