So, Just to update on this issue. I finally took the raptor into my local Ford dealer after the month long wait for an appt.
I had 2 complaints,
1. The Rain sensing wipers stopped sensing rain.
2. Everytime I hit a speed bump the speakers would chirp twice.

They had it for the day and this is what they said when I picked it up. The Ford accessory dash camera that was installed after the truck was delivered came from Ford and is a plug and play. They unplugged it and all issues went away, plugged it back in and the chirp came back but the rain sensing is still good. I verified that the rain sensing wipers do function now and the chirp is still there. The dash cam is a Ford accessory that was added after the truck was built. The only issue I can potentially see is that it came with a module that will send a signal to the computer to keep the camera on when the autostop engaged, and mine has the auto stop delete so I will try it with that module unplugged and tell you what happens. This sounds like an aftermarket item that Ford sells as an accessory that may create a bug in the computer to cause it to chirp, well see. BTW, the service mgr, said he put a note into Ford about it but it will be a few weeks before they respond, I will follow up.

Just a thought, but my Blackvue Camera beeps when I hit a bump, this lets me know it is saving as a potential event (that will not be over written). Is it possible this is a function and not a bug?

I had the same issue, I just happened to find a dtc about it when I hooked it up to forescan for the first time. I noticed it was disabled in the sccm even though it was enabled through sync. I enabled it and now it seems to be working.
I just had to do the same thing. Rain sensing wasn't working even though I had it selected on the screen. Would only do standard intermittent.
I went into Forscan in the simple settings in SCCM (where everything is in english, not the ***-***-xx as built area.) Rain sensing showed disabled. So enabled it there and checked as built and it was enabled already. Works now!

In my 19 Gen2 my rain sensing wipers worked flawlessly, Gen3 not so much. I just went and enabled rain sensing with Forscan but I am confused which setting on the stick. It seems to sense water one position up but not in the 0/A? The lack of owners manual only digital didn’t help things either.

for those of you with this problem still, when i got my truck they did not work at all. i took it to the dealer and received it back saying they worked but it was delayed... i could see the residue of the liquid the tech poured on the windshield.. was clearly not wiped away.

anyway i fiddled around in the settings and noticed that while rain sensing was activated in my driver profile, it was not on my wife's. i turned on the feature in her profile and voila, it has been working flawlessly since.

I was having this same issue as well. I took it to the dealership and tried to recalibrate it. They ended up having to order a new steering column module that took a week to get in from Dearborn, will be getting it installed in 2 days time.

Same issue as well. Took it to the dealer, they stated it had a bad rain sensor. So they replaced the CCM module and rain sensor. The issue wasn't resolved and Ford suggested for the dealership techs to remove the headliner and start checking all the wire lines one by one. I told them to forget it, I didn't want my headliner removed on a brand new truck. Hopefully I can plug it up to FORSCAN to see if it's disabled like others have stated. My windshield wipers do function just don't detect rain even though the option is selected on the screen.

Quick update*** I tried enabling the auto rain sensing feature on the "guest" profile as well, just like I did on "primary" profile and BOOM, it now works! Ford wanted to rip the headliner down to test wires. Thanks dude!!!!

I was really glad I had the rain sensing wipers a few weeks ago. I was driving along a large river at night and some kind of bug hatching had just happened. Real little tan bugs that leave a spot like waterproof grease! Now, get several hundred splattered on the windshield and then the wipers come on automatically and smear the waterproof grease all over so you can barely see!!! NICE! I'm so glad I was not far from home, that crap was nasty whatever it was, and it took soap and water and scrubbing to get them off. I will remember to shut that off in the future when there is a hatching.
