I have a Beltronics Vector 995 that I like pretty well for the $.

My wife has an ****** 9500ix that works pretty well, but pricey. It's nice though you can add more to it if you want.

If I was going all out I'd spend the ~$2K for total coverage....

Whether you speed or not it's nice having a reminder to check your speed. Also driving rural areas if your the only one driving and the law turns on the instant on not much you can do unless you use a jammer and then slow down enough and turn the jammer off, short of the 'screens' to help block the reflectiveness...

Personally I wish they'd enforce laws such as keep right except to pass more than speed limits...

I got a 200 dollar infraction ticket. He said he could impound for evidence but I wasn't gonna argue with him, due to non dot tires, tinted windshield and he was cool enough not to get me for speeding. I did take them off for him on the spot and just hand them over. Figured it was easier then argueing with him

Radar jammers, although they work, are highly illegal. Why? Because radar is controlled by the FCC and under FCC regulations, you may not cause harmful interference, which is what a radar jammer does. This will get you in deep shit.

Laser jammers, which also work, are legal in some states and illegal in others. Laser is controlled by the FDA, yes, the Food and Drug administration. FDA guidelines don't offer any guidelines are harmful interference. However, over the past few years, many states have enacted their own laws against laser jammers or anything that impedes with the police being able to obtain your speed. The solution is what some folks call JTK (jam-to-kill). When targeted, slow down to the speed limit and then kill (turn off) your jammers so the officer is able to read your speed and then keep going about your business. If you JTG (jam to gun), you make it pretty obvious that you have laser jammers if the LEO never gets a reading vs. a reading delayed by a couple seconds.

I believe that the officers gun reads "error" when it's jammed. Isn't it quite obvious to an officer when his gun has been working fine all day then it just so happens that a more expensive vehicle comes along and his/her gun malfunctions or they can obviously determine that you were speeding without even using the gun
