One day when I have the monetary means and will to drop a powerstroke in my raptor every dodge cummins owner will feel my long FOMOCO **** in their mopar ass, towing mirrors and 6inch tips across the land will shiver in fear of the black cloud raptor, duramax front ends will buckle at the mere thought of my diesel powered raptor.

I take from that, that it wouldn't even be that bad of a plan.
Something like this :

problem is weight on the front end, to get a diesel engine with comparable weight and performance would be extremely expensive, the raptor with the 6.2 likes to nose down a little as it is, the 6.7 would drop it like a rock

I'm thinking around 3.5 metric tonnes or more, stock raptor weighs 3 US tons, 6.2 weighs about 600 pounds or so from what I remember, then the 6.7 weighs around 1,200 from what I remember, two of those would be 2,400 lbs, minus the 600 of the 6.2 and you still have 1,800 lbs on top of the stock weight, basically 4 US tons or 3.6 metric tonnes, I'm sure something would break, just not sure if it would be the truck or the earth underneath it

Is it weird that I keep wondering why a strictly Dodge Diesel guy even bothers to have an account on a Raptor forum, much less even troll a Raptor forum?

I belong to a dozen vehicle forums, but they all are vehicles I actually own. I just don't have interest or time to troll what corvette, dodge trucks or Honda civics are blowing each other over, so why are we so interesting to them?

Is it bad that I just don't give a **** what you dodge guys think?

Yessir, it is weird and bad. You are weird and bad. Is it odd I don't give a **** what a DubbsFaris thinks? There are several people on here who don't own Raptor's yet. I was done with diesel for a while when I sold my 07. I got a pretty good line on my 2011 or else i'd be driving an 84 honda civic and ordering myself a raptor mid next year. However, plans changed. I'd love to have a Raptor. Maybe I will have one in the next few years. I'm not a big Ford guy, but I really do think the raptor is a badass vehicle. But I work for Cummins, love having a heavy duty truck, and the easy power that comes with modifying a diesel. And honestly you guys are more entertaining while i'm waiting on replies on diesel forums, than browsing youtube or making fun of 6 leaker powerstrokes. So please tell me more about your dozens of vehicles and how that means I don't belong here.

I do see the appeal of a diesel
But the diesel trucks just mis the edge that the raptor has
