I know a bit about pressure washers. First, you typically get what you pay for. The pressure the water is under drops dramatically the further you get from the vehicle. If you are washing the truck 90% of the cleaning should be done by the soap, and the wash mitt or brush. Realistically, a pressure washer is just a method to move water.

My qualifications? I fleet washed for about 15 years and currently own 25 pressure washers that are used every day.

For Pressure washers I bought the Karcher one from costco, was on for 300 bucks CDN. It has a honda engine, really good quality and 3000 psi. I am very pleased with it, has different quick disconnect nozzles that vary from jet - 65 degrees of spray.

I do the following regimen, going farther down the list the more detailing/protecting I want to do. No pressure washing in my regimen.

3-Bucket Wash (+ grit guards) and Interior Clean
- Clean wheels with Brown Royal
- Rinse vehicle
- Wash with Gilmour 75QGFMR Foamaster, DuraGloss 902 in the tank, Meguiars Microfiber Wash Mitt
- Rinse vehicle
- Dry with Cobra Supreme Guzzler Waffle Weave towel while using DuraGloss AquaWax as drying aid (when wet)
- Wipe interior (except leather) and door seals with Optimum Protectant Plus
- Clean glass with Stoner Invisible Glass
- Moisturize/clean leather with Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil
- Clean leather with Leatherique Prestine Clean

Clay
- Clay bar with Optimum No Rinse clay lubricant (2.5 ounces ONR + 1 gallon distilled water)

Polish
- Polish with Griot's DA, 5.5" Hex-Logic finishing pad, Meguiars 205 Polish, and borderless microfiber towel (Zaino or Cobra Edgeless)

Seal
- Hand seal with Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0. Let sit 12 hours. Wipe off sealant with Cobra Supreme Guzzler Waffle Weave towel while applying DuraGloss AquaWax

Wax
- DA wax with Collinite 845 for durability

My regimen was formulated on a 'bang-for-buck' requirement, so a lot of products come concentrated and get diluted, while others are just smaller names that have proven to do the job as well as the more expensive brands. If it's important for you to see only one logo on your garage shelf, can't go wrong with DuraGloss, Adams, Meguiars Pro line, Wolfgang...
