Have you seen the American Eagle Wheels the series 012 the 17" weight 29lbs but are only $149 a wheel.

Can you tell me if the bolts in this wheel are removable?

How about the domed torx head bolts in the 185?

Yes you can remove those also, when you put them back on we usually use removable Loctite, but you don't have to.

Can you give me the thread spec for both the hex head fastener in the 012 and the torx head fastener in the 185? I've been told that they are proprietary, but I'd think they'd use a standard thread for cost purposes...

Edit: I've called AE about this. Let's see what they come back with.
