I haven’t had a chance to hit the sand but on the street i gave it hell and no noise. Plus my sunroof doesn’t rattle. Lol

I was referencing the TSB done for the IWE. My pano rattles after i go to Nevada but a cleaning and lube it’s fine.

I'd ask why they did a TSB that isnt supposed to be done on Raptors to begin with and to reconnect your vacuum lines. Now that they did the TSB, does it make that sound in 2wd?

Same as before nothing in 2wd only 4wd.

Hopefully they replace the iwe and half shaft. My guess would be the teeth are chewed up a bit and it’s not letting it engage all the way. So when you put load on the half shaft it skipping off the teeth.
