I would really like to camp... I will bring tow straps, 9500 pound winch, winch essentials, 3 orange cones, caution tape, minor hand tools, major recovery equipment for the winch. Shovel, axe, tent, flash lights, cooler with water and soda, maybe some Vodka, and sweet and sour mix, hot dogs, hamburger, I will get a couple pieces wood, (if every body brings a couple were good), mounted in my truck VHF ICOM radio, 3 hand helds tuned to frequency that they are defaulted, laptop to program any icom to the same frequency we all get, 2 spare tires, hi lift jack and plate, 10 gallons fuel 5 gallons water, GPS unit so I can go to co-ordinates called out if asked for help.. If Nosbusa comes up Friday he can pick the spot to drop... Or I will go to the far end as requested... Anyother ideas?

I'm planning on camping. I usually camp at the end as well so not a problem there. I'm not sure if ill be coming down Friday night or early Saturday morning yet. It all depends on whether my brother can get Friday off from his job.

Ill bring some firewood, basic recovery gear, gas bbq, and Carne asada!

i will most likely be there late friday night. im not 100% sure what everyone elses plans are. ice, if you want to pick the spot, since you most likely will be there first, go right ahead.

We'll be camping. We'll be travelling light though, probably a cooler or two of drinks and ready to eat stuffs. I can't justify bringing all my camp gear for a 1 or 2 nighter. Hell, I'd be happy with Subway and beer...so long as there's a crapper nearby.

We're going to watch the weather, if the river is up, we'll tent it. But if the weather stays the way its been, we'll stay in my little pop up trailer.

Do we need to make camp reservations in advance? Or can we pay at the ranger station when we get there?

I'm staying at the Kon Tiki inn up the beach from pier & arriving Fri night around 7pm. The day passes almost never run out but with 3 day weekends overnight passes have sold out. Resent years even big holidays haven't booked out though. See you out there!
