If my buddy tags along, I'll see what he wants to do for accommodations, he may want to hotel it. If I'm solo, I might just join y'all on the beach...we'll see how it pans out.

also if you are camping out, you should bring some orange cones to put around you. it helps with people riding too close to your tent/trailer

That or some sort of caution tape to "rope" off the camp ground. Thanks for actually reminding me! My buddy always brings that stuff and he's not coming this time so I would have been SOL.

heres my idea, let me know if you guys are ok with it. i need to find out who is camping and who isnt. i would like to meet at the very end of the beach. if we all meet there and park at the same spot in a circle formation (trucks, trailers, etc) it provides safety for the kids, as well as keep our space to ourselves. with the amount of people going, theres bound to be at least 1 person at the site at all times so i dont think leaving stuff there will be a problem. as far as supplies go, i figure it bring you own food/drinks and maybe a bit of wood if we want to have a bonfire. make sure to bring rope or tow straps just in case you get stuck. having a tow truck pull you out while in the dunes cost about $250 last time i heard. the truck is fine, but i know some of you (myself included) cant help but to get stuck........ i will be bringing some tools as well. since i take apart vehicles on a daily basis, i should have enough in case we need to work on a truck. but bringing your own is always good. i do not have a radio yet, im hoping to get one before the trip, but i have handheld 2 way walkie talkie type that seem to work ok. i dont know if it can pick up the same channels as the radios you guys have in your trucks though.

so if i can get a list of who is camping, that would be great.
