Pretty crappy deal for the mechanics...hence why shortage and lack of good ones right ? But McDonald's will pay you to start at 15 bucks an hour....crazy for sure

It can be good or bad depending on the brand you are working on and your specialty. But yes, can be bad for the technician. That's why I left the industry. Too much time spent chasing fiber optics or rebuilding engines under costs.

A lot of independent shops in Phoenix are in the $100 to $120/hr don't about dealer rates as
any work was warrantied.

2018 Scab, approx 58000 mi. CEL comes on yesterday, throws P2098, P014A and P0056 all bank 2 O2 sensor 2.
Why does my dealer need 2 days to diagnose this.
Just asking for knowledge!
