I've got the same issue with my truck, currently at a dealer now getting the hop fixed I hope.
I had a horrible hop issue on my ram dually, and would balance them, but the issue persisted. It wasn't until I had the tires trued that it finally rode smooth as silk down the road, if it wasn't for this truck and tires being under warranty that would be something I'd consider, and the fact not too many places do tire trueing anymore.
