Almost all cars use rear brakes for stability and Traction control. The wife's Range Rover Supercharged w/ Brembo's has had 2 rear changes in 52K miles and 20K of that is Highway. Audi SQ5 has eaten rear brakes due to the kid driving it like it is a track car. I replaced the Rears on the Raptor at 51k and I do not drive the truck like a track car.

powerstop Z36 truck/tow brake package & call it a day. Got 67k out of my OEM brakes, but they were @ 10% life left & I was getting some shimmy w/ light braking @ highway speed. If you wait too long may need to replace the calipers too ;-) That powerstop kit does offer an option to replace the front calipers as well @ a reasonable price, but don't see any need for that unless like I said, you wait TOO long & keep driving it hard
