I have a 2010 raptor with a 5.4l and have had it for 4 years and not any problems but the past 2 weeks I have issues with it not starting. Replaced battery and starter and they r not the issue. Turn key to start and lights and everything come on but doesn't want to crank over. Service engine symbol comes on and flashes about 4 or 5 times but still nothing. I let it sit for about 10 minutes and it seems to start no problem like it always did. Just had it in about a month ago for complete service and of coarse no problems while at the dealership. Very frustrating. Any ideas what it could be or anybody else had this problem?

Doesn't crank at all. Turn key all the way forward and doesn't do anything. Regular dash lights come on with interior lights but no clicking no nothing. I wait about 10 minutes and it starts no problem but one of these times I'm sure it won't.

I would get under there and check to make sure that the main power wire going to the starter is ok. Also need to check the ground strap. Never had this issue on the Raptor, but we had a skid steer loader with a bad power cable. Sometimes it would arc across and start sometimes it would just sit there doing nothing......

It did this once before which made me think it may be a dead spot in the starter so I had the starter replaced but it's now been a couple more times since then.
