How about an army camo net, spread out over your truck or put a car cover over it. I put one over mine last summer when it was 120f here for 2 weeks straight. Or get a tape recording of a Hawk set up on a motion detector. Or get a bigger garage!.

Bigger garage……. No can do!
Net is possibility but would need suspension poles and prob a frame. Motion detection squak box might work if I could find one but birds had to fly in line of sight of it and these birds are like kamikazes

Ok guys, here’s a new one I believe ….does anyone have a surfire way to keep birds from Sh***** all over my truck?
It’s too big for my garage and they laugh at the fake owl I have overlooking driveway. I swear you’d think there was a flock of eagles in the neighborhood.
Skip the funny remarks and let’s have some help here!!! Lol
Thanks

it pains me to make this suggestion but a BB gun might slow them down. Can’t crap if your not alive
it’s going to pain the NJ resident a lot more, probably get him sent to prison ;-)

You might think about putting up a pavilion around the truck until you can relocate.

Many moons ago, I was out with a buddy and we were having some car trouble. totally self inflicted, he’d made carb change and it wasn’t as brilliant as we’d expected. We’re tinkering with this car and hear what sounds like rain. it’s not.

It’s a literal swarm of starlings and they are literally coating the earth with bird $h!t. We both dive under the raised hood of my buddy’s 73 Duster. When it’s over, his car almost all off white bird cr@p colored. He had put a lot of money into that Duster and was fit to be tied. Drove straight to the car wash and dumped about 10 bucks ( it was the 80’s, that was a lot for a car wash ) cleaning his ride.

My truck lives outside also because of a pathetically sized garage. Because of that I had it ceramic coated. It makes the surface hydrophobic so pretty much everything washes off in a moderate rainfall or with a spray of the hose. It is supposed to last 9 years but that remains to be seen.
