Just looked at the invoice... don't know if it helps but this is the only information listed:

"RUN SYNC AUDIO SYSTEM TEST, NO DTCS. CHECK OASIS, NO INFO. RAPTOR DOES NOT SHOW UP START/SHUTDOWN SCREEN, CONNECT IDS TO PTS WEBSITE AND PROGRAM SYNC SYSTEM. RETEST, RAPTOR SCREENS RESTORED."

Just curious, did they put you back to v3.6.2 or do you still have v3.7?

Hey everyone -

I'm looking into your splash screen concern.

For those of you who have experienced this, please DM your VIN as I need it to further investigate.

Thanks in advance!

Jaclyn

Are there people that are doing the update without the screen issue? I've heard back on the update because of it, seems silly I know but,,,

Yes check if it has been put back to v3.6.2. If not and that is he fix I am still a little screwed as down under I don't really have Ford support for the Raptor as it is not a native vehicle.

Looks like the update may be back online. I show it available for download when I log in. The 'What's in this update' has the following part number referenced. EA5T-14D544-AC. Is that the same as before with the blue oval image?

Never mind, just re-read the initial posts. It's the same number.

Hi lka,

I'm jumping in for Jaclyn since she's not in the office today. Many owners are reporting that the screen will switch to the Ford logo after installing this update, but I can't confirm that this will affect all users.

Please let me know if you'd like assistance downloading the software update. The website seems to be fully operational at the moment. If the page still won't load, try clearing your browsing history before attempting to download again. Let me know if you run into any trouble!

Hey okieff218,

The master reset is the best troubleshooting step I am able to recommend at this point. I was skimming through the thread and it looks like many owners have already tried this reset and it proved to be unsuccessful. Jaclyn and I have reported this feedback and we will update you if further troubleshooting options become available for us to recommend.

If you're no longer seeing the Raptor splash screen, it is important to make your dealership aware. Be sure to bring this to their attention at your next appointment.

Kim
