The web services are down for all of ford support, I am sure it has nothing to do with the MFT update.

Looks like we get 2 more years of it covered under warranty, when it normally was for just 3 years.

Stopped by the dealer today and they connected a laptop and restored the SVT Raptor splash screen without issue. No charge.. "Warranty Work"

Do you know if the EA5T part was the fix? Anyone on here work for a dealer that could get us the animation installation? I'm guessing it would be installed just like any other MFT app.

Just looked at the invoice... don't know if it helps but this is the only information listed:
"RUN SYNC AUDIO SYSTEM TEST, NO DTCS. CHECK OASIS, NO INFO. RAPTOR DOES NOT SHOW UP START/SHUTDOWN SCREEN, CONNECT IDS TO PTS WEBSITE AND PROGRAM SYNC SYSTEM. RETEST, RAPTOR SCREENS RESTORED."
