Hey okieff218,

The master reset is the best troubleshooting step I am able to recommend at this point. I was skimming through the thread and it looks like many owners have already tried this reset and it proved to be unsuccessful. Jaclyn and I have reported this feedback and we will update you if further troubleshooting options become available for us to recommend.

If you're no longer seeing the Raptor splash screen, it is important to make your dealership aware. Be sure to bring this to their attention at your next appointment.

I have contacted my dealer and they have absolutely no clue or idea what to do. So now what?

My dealer called me back this morning and said that Ford provided them a way to get the Raptor screen back. So I am going to proceed with the 3.7 update then schedule a service visit to resolve the screen issue.

Raptor splash screen is back! Took it in to a dealer this morning and the tech said he had to download the "Raptor Package" onto it. No idea what that means and don't care. It's back and that's all that matters. Now I don't have to trade in my truck. Lol

The dealer was Joe Cooper Ford in Midwest City for all the Okies on here.

Thanks okieff218, I'll give them a call first thing tomorrow morning. That use to be my favorite ford dealership many years ago when it was owned by Arthur Harris.

It sounds like you're in good hands with your dealership. Please let me know if you have any questions about updating the MyFord Touch software.

Cool, so is the download fixed or do we have to install it then get to a dealership for the logo?

My dealer told me to do the update and then bring it in. I wonder if they want it done like that because then they can make a warranty claim since its "broke".
